Drag Bits

Drag bits are simple, durable tools designed for drilling through softer formations, such as clay, sand, and unconsolidated soil. These bits typically consist of a steel body with hardened steel blades or cutters. Drag bits are commonly used in environmental drilling, water well drilling, and shallow oil and gas exploration.
